To this end, we have developed the first AI-powered knowledge platform for industrial service. Thanks to this solution, our customers can collect and structure the expert knowledge of their experienced service staff and make it available to all employees—enabling excellent fault diagnostics and sustainable problem-solving.

Your mission

  • You’ll support our Customer Success Team in conducting onboarding sessions, product training, and workshops for new and existing customers.
  • You’ll actively contribute to the development of training materials, guides, and help pages, thereby creating a scalable knowledge base for our customers.
  • You’ll help handle technical and application-related customer inquiries, learning how professional support works in a SaaS environment.
  • You’ll analyze recurring customer issues and help organize feedback in a structured way to pass it on to the product and development teams.
  • You’ll work closely with the product, tech, and sales teams, gaining deep insight into how a growing startup operates.

What we expect

  • You are nearing the end of your master's degree, ideally in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical field.
    Some experience in project management
  • A good technical understanding and interest in digital products.
  • Strong communication and social skills, e.g., active listening and an empathetic approach to customers.
  • A structured and independent way of working as well as strong self-organization skills.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills. Additional languages are a plus.
  • You see this role as a stepping stone and would like to eventually take on responsibilities in account management or customer success.
